"The SIU Alumni Association hosted its Golden Saluki 50 Year Class Reunion at Apple Creek on April 4, 2025. It was outstanding. The venue was beautiful, the food was superb and the staff was wonderful.All of the guests were well taken care of throughout the event.The atmosphere at Apple Creek was very pleasant, providing a perfect backdrop for our milestone reunion.Their willingness to accommodate our numerous requests and their attention to detail greatly contributed to the success of the event.The Alumni Association would highly recommend Apple Creek as a venue for events both large and small."

"We became members last year, and since then, the club has had multiple events for all of the holidays, for adults and families. The course just opened, and it has been redone beautifully!!The restaurant is excellent for both lunch and dinner. They have a different themed drink menu every month. Kids menu is perfect as well. The pro shop is awesome and has an array of items, with and without the Apple Creek logo. We wholeheartedly recommend a visit, and a membership."
